Herson Samayoa is the proud Owner/Executive Chef of MADE-N-L.A. Food Truck. The concept was born in Downtown Los Angeles while working in Venice Beach, Santa Monica, DTLA & Hollywood. Having 0ver 15 years of experience in Mexican Cuisine and learning to create different fusions. He is Proud of bringing his expertise and flavors to Houston after traveling to Oaxaca, Chiapas, North of Mexico, Veracruz and Mexico City The Taco Gurü as he likes to call himself is working on a Keto friendly menu to satisfy Houstonians.
